Terms & Conditions

These terms were last updated July 2026.

Key Points

  • Quotes are estimates — final pricing is confirmed once actual weight and dimensions are verified.
  • You must declare the true contents and value of every shipment.
  • Liability for loss or damage is limited per the service level selected at booking.
  • Declared value coverage is available for high-value shipments — we recommend it.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of request and may change once actual weight, dimensions, or routing are confirmed. A booking is only guaranteed once confirmed in writing by our operations team.

Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers are responsible for declaring the contents, value, and nature of every shipment accurately, and for packaging goods appropriately for the mode of transport selected.

  • Provide accurate weight, dimensions, and declared value
  • Package goods to withstand normal handling for the selected transport mode
  • Disclose any hazardous, restricted, or high-value contents in advance
  • Ensure all customs and export documentation is accurate and complete

Prohibited & Restricted Goods

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or inspect any shipment suspected of containing prohibited, restricted, or misdeclared goods. Commonly restricted categories include:

  • Illegal substances or contraband of any kind
  • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
  • Perishable goods without prior arrangement for cold-chain handling
  • Counterfeit or unlicensed goods

Pricing & Payment

Service levels and their general pricing basis are outlined below. Exact rates depend on route, weight, dimensions, and current fuel/carrier surcharges at time of booking.

Service Level Typical Use Case Payment Terms
Standard Freight Routine, non-urgent shipments Due at booking confirmation
Express Freight Time-critical shipments Due at booking confirmation
Business Account Recurring shippers with a signed agreement Net 15/30 per account terms

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage in transit is limited in accordance with the applicable carrier conventions and the service level selected at booking. Declared value coverage is available and recommended for high-value shipments — without it, compensation is limited to the carrier's standard liability limit per the applicable convention (e.g. Warsaw/Montreal for air, Hague-Visby for sea).

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs holds, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed via shipment tracking updates.

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellation may be subject to a partial refund depending on distance already travelled and carrier terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
