|---|---|
| Customs & trade | Local customs authority regulations at origin and destination |
| Export/import controls | Applicable trade sanctions and denied-party screening |
| Dangerous goods | IATA (air), IMDG (sea), ADR (road) |

Anti-Bribery & Corruption
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption across our operations and expect the same standard from our carriers, agents, and partners. No employee or partner is authorized to offer, request, or accept a bribe in connection with our services.
Sanctions & Denied-Party Screening
Shipments and business partners are screened against applicable trade sanctions lists before booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or delay any shipment pending screening results.
Dangerous Goods Handling
Shipments classified as dangerous goods are handled, labelled, and documented in line with IATA, IMDG, and ADR requirements as applicable to the mode of transport. Shippers must disclose dangerous goods at the time of booking.
Modern Slavery & Ethical Sourcing
We expect our carriers and partners to uphold fair labor practices and to comply with applicable modern slavery and human trafficking legislation in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe a shipment, partner, or employee has acted outside these standards, please report it confidentially through our Contact page. Reports are reviewed by our operations leadership.
